There is a community yoga class every Wednesday from 6pm - 7.15pm.

Radhe from Shraddha Yoga and Meditation takes a gentle, stretch class suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility.  
It's a great way to build strength and flexibility and meet neighbours and community members.

All are welcome. We'd love to see you there!

Mats are provided, or bring your own.  Wear comfortable clothing.  

Adults: $12 casual, 5 sessions for $50, 10 sessions for $80.

School students: $6 casual, 5 sessions for $25, 10 sessions for $40.
